The majority of our lambs are born in the winter and spring months, and then grown to an average harvest weight of 100 lbs. This allows us to schedule whole freezer lamb appointments at a USDA slaughter facility during the late summer and fall months. *Option 2: Shipping (2 Day to your home): $55-$165 Depending on location (Specific shipping quote will be made available just prior to shipping). We can ship 2-Day service to all 50 states in the U.S.A.

*Each lamb will produce on average 25-30 lbs. of vacuum sealed meat for the freezer.
*Customization of cuts will be determined at the time the reservation is made.
*Payment will be due upon pickup at the farm or prior to shipping.
